How To Place Your Order

Here are the step by step on how to place for your order:

• First of all, kindly email me at bobbinandpin@gmail.com, don't forget quote the item code together with the quantity of the item, your contact details, complete and latest delivery address.
• Later you will receive an order confirmation from bobbinandpin confirming the availability of the item, the total cost, the payment and how you want the item to be deliver.
• Once both sides had agreed on everything, bobbinandpinn will deliver your order and voila, you can start to look stylish.

How To Order For Handmade Bags

This is how you can place your order for my handmade bags:

• Browse whole my collection and kindly email me at bobbinandpin@gmail.com to check the availability of the products.
• I only make my handmade bags for a limited edition. If you like a certain model, kindly email me. Later i will check the availability of the choosen fabric. If the fabric is out of stock, i will email you for my new selection of fabric.
• Upon agreement on everything (fabric, model and payment) i will start for making your orders. Kindly allow 1 to 2 weeks for me to make for you, as all my bags are handmade by me, i would like to make it slowly to produce good products.

Payment

When it comes to payment, bobbinandpin give options to ease your burden.

• Local bank transfer (POSB/DBS, UOB Bank), if you choose local bank transfer for your payment, kindly make a fund transfer to above mentioned bank.
• Cash On Delivery (COD), bobbinandpin can deliver your order to certain meeting point on weekdays, except public holiday. Please see below on the meeting point location.

Meeting Point

• Tuesday - Thursday lunch time (12:00-13:00) at Rafles Place MRT
• Tuesday Night (18:30-19:00) at City Hall MRT
• Wednesday Night & Thursday Night (18:30-19:00) at Dhouby Ghaut MRT
• Friday Night (18:30-19:00) at Yishun MRT

Singpost Delivery

Got no time to pick up your order at meeting point or maybe the time arrangement not suitable for you, bobbinandpin also can deliver your order via Singpost mail service (temporary for Singapore customers only). For delivery via Singpost, bobbinandpin will arrange the delivery every Friday on each week except on public holiday.

• Standard Mail Delivery, if you choose delivery using standard mail delivery, bobbinandpin give you free of charge for minimum purchase of SGD$10.00. Kindly allow 3-5 working days for your order to reach your given address for standard mail delivery. Please note that bobbinandpin will not hold any responsibility for any damages caused by delivery by standard mail.)
• If you prefer to receive your order on time you can choose registered mail with additional fee applicable.
